In 1917 a family recognized that the 58 degree water flowing through this farm was perfect for raising trout. Almost everything we do related to the fish we raise is done like it was over a century ago. This is an open system which is completely gravity fed so there is no need for electricity or pumps of any kind. Besides having the best water available we also try to be thoughtful about our food source and we never treat our raceways or ponds with chemicals. We also don’t overstock our waters so our clients know that the fish they receive will be beautiful and as naturally raised as possible.

No recycled water. No growth hormones. No antibiotics. No microplastics. No Overcrowding. 

Fresh Rainbow Trout (Gutted w/ Head)

These fish are raised in the finest spring waters the Mountain West has to offer. The trout are vibrant, healthy, and have the classic mild taste that you are looking for.  They will come to you gutted w/head on, cleaned, and on ice (same day).  We have fish between 1.5 – 3 lbs depending on your preference.  This is sold per pound.

Smoked Rainbow Trout Fillets

These flaky, delicious fillets are smoked over applewood and ready for your charcuterie board, taco, pizza, salad, sandwich, dip, or whatever your heart desires. BTW – You can even keep frozen until you are ready to enjoy. Each package is between 6-9 oz. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
